Reminds me of when I used to watch “Quincy”. I’d pride myself when I figured out the answer. At one time I even considered becoming a forensic entomologist.
Is this month the anniversary of Name That Tune or something? This is the second comic I’ve seen in a couple of days that has referenced it. Although the one from Foxtrot Classics was from 2002.
The problem is that most diseases share symptoms like pain, fatigue, digestive problems. Fortunately, today we have master diagnosticians who can often, but not always, make an accurate diagnosis with between one and ten thousand dollars worth of tests. :(
Imagine this show using Jeopardy rules. The screen would list the symptoms, and the contestants would have to identify the malady in the form of a questiion.
