My dog and I recently were caught in a very heavy rainstorm outside. When we got home, I tried to convince her she could shake the water off outside. She just stood there. I ran my hands firmly over all her fur and sort of wrung her out like an old dishrag, but not with too much pressure. As soon as we got indoors, she shook the rest off. I can’t win. I need to leave a towel on the porch when it is or might start raining.

Either that or you landed in your droppings from your previous visit.

That is the first swamp I seen that looks like it could be mistaken for a dry desert sand dune.

Q: Has anyone ever see this TORTOISE in a swamp scene? I thought he was a desert tortoise. Certainly seems to live in one.

I think he’s lying. It’s either guano or melting turtle wax.

Since when? With all the sand, rocks and the ocean you’re a freaking tourtise. That “squish” was definately suspicious.

Squish – makes me think of the song Cell Block Tango from Chicago.
