I still see those claims on Twitter

Everybody knows that the moon landing was fake, nobody could have landed on a ball of cheese.

Of course the moon landing was fake! The moon doesn’t exist! That thing in the sky is a giant spy satellite planted by the Government!

I wish Buzz were still young enough to deal with those folks.

Stanti, you live in Bama. You are surrounded by white, right-wing populism. You deal with this insanity by running away to Libertarianism. You are part of the problem.

Why do we pay attention to the Flat Earthers and Faked Moon Nuts? Because they are weird? They are odd?

They deserve no notice. The reason they are a problem is because we pay attention to them in the first place.

How about making lying unpopular.

Remember the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey. They had a huge space station and Pan Am rockets taking travelers there and then on to the mood. We also had the ability to travel to Jupiter.

We’re now 22 years past that date and we haven’t even landed humans on Mars yet. Pan Am went out of business years ago. There’s no moon base. It seems like sci-fi didn’t keep up in this case.

The world is full of idiots.

Of course it was fake! It’s just that the astronauts wanted to film it at the actual location.
