If memory serves, Nate’s punchline is the same as in the very first “Peanuts”.

Such a predictable gag, but in a good way! At the very least we’re getting somewhere, even if I bet the next two strips are just Nate whining and we don’t get to see the trampoline.

He deserved that. Nate is super unlikable in this arc. Randy is well within his right.

This is getting stupid I mean it’s not that I hate this arc it’s that something big hasn’t happened in a while like Jenny moving and stuff like that that’s what this comic needs to get back on track cause peirce is probably running out of ideas cause this comic started 32 years ago so if you have a comic changing idea for big Nate you can reply it if you want cause I think Lincoln needs to see this but it’s not that am saying that it’s bad am just saying I miss the good old days of big Nate so we need something to bring it back

I agree with Randy in this arc. Pretending to be friends is disingenuous; just be blunt.
