I just read The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn for my book club. Tom Sawyer was in it and he was exactly like Hammie. It’s a great story, but of course reflects the racism of the time and place.

Leave it to the older sister to oversimplify everything.

Hogan’s Heros could use Hammie.

And how could that have added better flavoring? I remember when my mom would buy me a soda from McDonald’s; and I would thank her and then say, “MMMM this tastes good. It’s got that taste good.”

Zoe just poured cold water on Hammie’s plan.

Perhaps, Hammie, but it would have been the beginning of the road to a life of crime!

Wren doesn’t care which way she gets her ice pop. She probably wouldn’t have even gotten one if they did Hammie’s plan.

I don’t think eating a frozen treat while mom is screaming at you will make it taste better Mr.

Hammie perfect candidate for jr. police, can’t wait till they teach him the silent kill…

Hammie’s way would have been more fun, but Zoe’s way was easier.
