I see that Ralph has become a cone head.

I’ve always wondered about the people at the construction sites holding the sign that says “slow”.

Not something I would advertise about myself.

Ralph here is a coneman, what bridge is he trying to sell?

He can’t be a protester…. he isn’t standing in the middle of the road blocking traffic.

Still and all, the judge might buy it!

Then the protester should be the one ticketed for being a public nuisance and Ralph has a legitimate defense.

The local highway signs say “End road work” and my husband and I have picked it up as a protest chant whenever we spot one.
