This is so true to life. I have a pet bird (a Conure) who pulls the same stunts — does bad things then when scolded, flies over, lands on my shoulder and nuzzles my neck.

It reminds me of my niece whenever she does something bad, except she doesn’t get the cutie-pie green-card. Rather, she gets put into her crib until she learns her lesson. Needless to say, it works, especially when a firm aura is established when scolding her.

When my Mini Aussie wants attention, he just sits in front of my chair and stares at me.

“I only wanted a little attention”…that’s everyone everywhere! How often crimes are committed because someone wants attention!

Every time Calvin tries claiming that he only wanted attention whenever he does something bad, he always gets sent to his room.
