I handled a hoard with about 20 minutes work maybe twice a day [recovering medically] and it can be surprising how even a little work, done over time, can get a lot done.
Just for the record, putting a car on concrete blocks is a good way to end up with broken blocks and a damaged car. Especially if the block is oriented the way he has it. At the very least turn the block so that the axle is above a solid side, not suspended on a bridge. Blocks are designed to withstand compression, but have very little strength in any ‘bridge’ configuration. Please don’t try this at home!
