Yes, yes they are.

That is why most ticket writers will tell you to keep the ticket on your windshield so they don’t write you another one.

I knew people who would keep old tickets and put them on their windshield every day to try and avoid paying for parking. That did not work to well for them after the city started using different colors each day of the week.

“I think the traffic court judge has a crush on me. He keeps sticking notes on my windshield inviting me to his court room. He must be too shy to ask me in person.”

They should have thrown in a bonus day at the gym

How many times did you park yourself?

H-m-m-m let’s see, 1 when the meter timed out, 1 when cop returned and found it still there, 1 for just being really ugly, 1 more for overtime , and 1 just for the h### of it.

Is there a Statute of Limitations on parking tickets? I still owe Las Vegas one from the ’70s.

One time I had six parking tickets and beat them all.

Get 5 tickets, then get an extra ticket for having 5 tickets

The municipality sees that they meter them out. No change in the works.
