Once again, how does a person, looking at you Will Henry, draw this stuff?

Seagul is thinking “My world and welcome to it!”

This what I like about Will. He tells it like it is. I don’t know what “is” is, but he does tell it that way.

You can see Spud’s squirrel and a bird blowing by. That is some panel with all those leaves, all that color. I want a poster of that panel.

Simple pleasures, huh, kids?!?

Remember, as a kid, getting hit by a gust of wind? And how exciting that was?

Spud. Of course.

It’s Rocky the flying squirrel!

The looks on Wallace’s face: “I’m spinning this yarn.” like when he tells his Bigfoot stories.

Hey Spud! Thanks for taking a squirrel to allow us to see that great artwork!

Of course you did!

Hey Spud, how do you think the squirrel feels? “Oh no! Not again!”

Heh, I remember there being a loosely similar spot at my own elementary school, but as it was at a major entrance, no one considered it all that super special…especially in the winter time, when the snow and arctic winds were at their most prominent. :P

Squirrel-Nado?

More than likely a clump of leaves and not a squirrel unless it was a flying squirrel. Pretty cool though. Very nice Woooooshh art……

Sort of a mini-Mt. Washington effect. One of the reasons the weather is so awful at the top is that there are three major weather systems colliding there.

I appreciate Will’s art in that he takes different vantage points and the comic never feels stagnant artistically like most others .

I see the squirrel!!

I think that means good luck will be coming your way, Spuddy.

And if you look at the whoosh panel, you seethe squirrel. What a Hoot. Wait? Was there and owl?

On another note, the Seagull has taken over this comic. He’s in every panel most days and stands in silent anonymity in his greatness. His performance in the whoosh panel was a masterpiece.

As god is my witness, I didn’t think squirrels could fly. (with apologies to Mr. Carlsen, WKRP)

Three out of four are happy. Good to me.

My middle school had a spot like this, were if the wind hit it right it would form leaf cyclones. It was really popular, but too many students would block it.

Wallace is so knowledgable, such a connoisseur of experience.

Now I see the flying squirrel :)
