Congi is rice porridge, can contain fish, and is eaten for breakfast. But I guess Bucky is Siamese. Or Asians are cats. Something like that.

The breakfast cereal lost its fun when they let the sugar out.

Believe me, it they could find a way to incorporate cheap fish paste as part of breakfast cereal, the Japanese would have been the first to do it, with the U.S. soon to follow. :)
