My wife didn’t know about salt on slugs until I dump some on one in driveway.

snails & slugs aren’t usually out when it’s snowy &/or icy.

My wife makes devilish delight in sprinkling salt on slugs, bending her ear to hear them sizzle in Sadistic symphony as they waste away. ;-p
