Casinos frown on underage winners. Our local casino just got fined over half a million (Nothing for them) bucks for having underage kids in the gambling area.
But hey.
Look at all the money Casinos save by NOT having to pay out the kiddies!
Side note: I think I have seen a few strips where TJ is in Luann’s class at school. I always thought he was Brad’s age. I might just be old and confused.
I searched around about this and most of what I found was what I already knew, that it is illegal. But I did find this comment on Reddit:" I worked security and surveillance at the Tropicana hotel on the sdrip. And my supervisor once told me that if a person under 21 wins on a machine or a table and is not allowed to collect that money they have the right to come back. After their twenty first birthday with proper I d and collect that money. I never saw it happen and I never looked further into it. He says that they will do everything to keep from telling you that back but it is the law." The tribal casinos around her are pretty vigilant about letting underage kids in the casino but it doe happen sometime. I have seen a couple of people kicked out when they ID someone they find playing who they think is underage.

That Brad could pull winners (three or four now?) is totally unrealistic – even for a comic strip.
And yes, I have a very negative view of casinos. Their owners are parasites, and their only function is to prey on susceptible gamblers.
