in our old building at work I was carrying a bundle of 10 foot conduit, it started to slip so I slammed in down on the floor and stood it upright. Unfortunately whoever hung the lights hung the fixtures at 10 feet but didn’t take into account the bulbs stuck down below. I just closed my eyes and held my breath until the shower of glass and phosphors from the 2 -8 foot florescent tubes stopped. It made for some interesting looking dandruff.
