Just when it looked like he was going nowhere.

For Christopher, it always was a pain to use: it was a cycle of self-abuse.

Didn’t do the exercise bike any good, either.

I gave up the exercise bike for dancing. I’m maintaining the weight loss and it’s so much more enjoyable. Dance every day and you will never have to “workout” again.

I broke a bottom bracket axle while riding to work one morning. The guys in the bike shop were so impressed! Sadly, it was due to a flaw in the metal rather than massive strength in my legs.

Success at last! Thanks to failure at first!

I broke my cycle of abuse in just this manner. I managed to glue it back together with JB Weld. So far it’s holding!
