Remember the wink?

I’ve seen the Mona Lisa…..That’s a worthy resolution.

I resolved many years ago to not make any more resolutions. Stuck to it every year since. Win!

Don’t let Petey dampen your dreams Alice. Some of your resolutions could become reality!

I saw this recently..,“For every resolution you make, also let go of one unrealistic expectation of yourself.”

You wrestle that bear and you’ll be on TV! NFL, but you’ll be a shooting star!

Such great aspirations….☺️

Win at poker?

Poor Alice, born too soon. Once Tik Tok is invented, ANYONE will be able to inspire a dance craze…

I’m going to write the great American novel…

Be on TV: Not worthy of you, Alice.

Ride an elephant? Easily done.

Play banjo? Based on my experience with guitar, the basics shouldn’t be a problem – but playing well may be out of reach.

High dive? Why haven’t you already??

Wrestle a bear? Not advised.

See Mona? Just got to get to France and stand in a long line.

Dance craze? Don’t bother; they tend to be both very short-lived and very lame.

Tie complicated knots? Easy; I can teach you. Or, now, you can join (no longer Boy) Scouts and learn.

But you’re SOL on the best apple pie thing; I’ve got that one nailed down tight.

I want to ride a Zamboni, I’ve already ridden an elephant. Also a camel.

Well she almost got last years learn to wink crossed off

Especially after her efforts at winking.

There are many reasons to be on TV, Alice, so be careful what you wish for, but at four years old, if you managed to do any of those things you might just land on TV; except for maybe the whistle.

Petey, I don’t think you are destined for TV, but a milk carton could be in your future if you get lost again amongst the school trailer buildings.

Alice, be glad your resolution was not to make the most perfect grilled cheese sandwich the world has ever known. I did that several years ago, and there will never be another such sandwich so supreme.

Go easy on your "impossiblist"kid sister, Petey! At least today she’s being flexible!
