I’ve no idea what a Rogers Neighbourhood might be… I’ve tried Googling all sorts of permutations of the information displayed in the cartoon… even cardigan… The closest I’ve found is Mister Rogers’ Neighbourhood was an American half-hour educational children’s television series that ran from 1968 to 2001 Can someone confirm that this is what I should be understanding and how it applies to the cartoon… please…

I agree with Ralph. Never cared for the character.

What a coincidence, the guy on the left is the angel on my left shoulder, and Mr. Rogers is on my right.
