Aww, Dana, don’t cry just because the court ruled that DT committed insurrection! I’m sure your bought and paid for RAPE COURT will happily find some loophole in the fourteenth to let DT slide through.

Like, maybe he isn’t an officer, when he takes that oath to “UPHOLD THE OFFICE” it just means he has to make sure the Oval Office gets cleaned every day, yanno? Doesn’t mean that he’s an “OFFICER” oh noes!

The case was filed by six Republicans, and the Colorado Supreme Court cited a previous ruling by Justice Gorsuch in their decision.

Trump’s own party did this, not Democrats

Like all Republicans, Summers is whining that it doesn’t matter what the Constitution says, because they want Trump. And States’ Rights don’t apply because, uh, the Constitution.

trump has been called out for what he is. A filthy, bottom-dwelling, insurrectionist.

trump is a loser. trump is a losing loser, that constantly loses.

He’s so predictable. Of course he lost his tiny mind.

How I WISH I could have been there when trump got the news, so I could watch him throw the little bottles of ketchup that he can lift, and rip his wig off, and go wee-wee into his monogrammed diaper.

This time, a court has held him to account, and this won’t be the last time.

It’s gonna happen in other states, and he’ll have a tantrum about the other states, and It’s gonna be so, so much fun.

The judges said, trump is disqualified. It would be inappropriate, to allow trump on the ballot.

The judges wrote in their ruling, “donald trump, is disqualified, from holding the office of president, under Section 3, of the 14th Amendment, to the United States Constitution.”

    wow, donnie.

    All that winning.

It would be more accurate to say; we’re saving Democracy by following the United State’s Constitution!

The rule breakers never understand that if you don’t enforce the rules, then they are nothing special any more.

Not one Colorado voter will be stopped from voting. They can even write the wannabe autocrat in if that’s their choice,

Like Payne, Summers may be relying on the expert opinion of constitutional lawyers like Sydney Powell, John Eastman, and Rudy Giuliani…

Silly libtards, just shut down polling sites in democratic voting cities so voters spend 12 hours waiting to vote, or purge millions from the voting rolls, or gerrymander your way to permanent control of the State’s Legislature.

One tiny, little problem with this. Trump was neither charged nor convicted of Insurrection, so expect the Supreme Court to quickly knock this down. BTW – way to incite people to come to Trumps side dumbocrats. The more he is persecuted the more support he gets. You’re actually helping him, and he is already winning in the polls, especially in the 7 swing states, so thank you.

The Colorado Supreme Court determined tRump is an insurrectionist by way of tRump’s own quoted admissions of leading the insurrection made in public.

As written elsewhere, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that tRump is an insurrectionist based on tRump’s own admissions he made in public. They used a precedent ruling by Neil Gorsuch before he became a Supreme Court Justice.

Then what’s the point of the 14th amendment? It’s literally to take certain people off of the ballot who might have won otherwise.

If convicted, I totally agree, not to be on the ballot. Which by the time of that part of the trail, it would be too late. Or system of the right to a speedy trail is way over due.

The original lawsuit to dump Trump from the Colorado primary ballot was a group of 4 Republicans and 2 non affiliates. Donald Sherman, Executive Vice Preside And Chief Counsel Of Citizens For Responsibility And Ethics In Washington then filed the lawsuit in Colorado on behalf of the plaintiffs. youtube com /watch?v=yLSIChBaUx4

Baloney! Not a single voter will be prevented from voting in the CO primary. Voting restriction is within the bailiwick of the Freedom Caucus GOP. How does Summers get away with posting this ####??
