Women are experts at stabbing in the back without you realizing what has happened.

We had an immediate past Prime Minister who came out and devoted himself to the PM who was currently holding the job – on TV, gave him a hug and told everyone that he was his boss and best friend. There came a ‘spill’ as we call it down here, where the top job was open for election … have a guess who was building up his backing for months, and came from nowhere to take the top job? Where did loyalty go? The one who got the job turned out to be the most ineffectual idiot you could imagine. He’s not there any more.

What Is the Glass Ceiling? The glass ceiling is a metaphor for the invisible barrier that prevents some people from rising to senior positions. It’s a subtle but damaging form of discrimination , where you cannot take the opportunities you see in front of you – despite your suitability and your best efforts.

Every glass shard a potential dagger.

Guess how much work guys would be doing if the gender roles were reversed and there was a glass ceiling.
