Have we ever seen Nick talking before? Maybe they have aged him a bit so he can. This could be interesting.

Dream sequence? If so whose?

Is it Nick and Gumbo week? find out tomorrow on most of these … uh website.

Most action Nick has received in ages.

Hopefully it’s Laura’s dream. What ideas percolate in there that will be made into feature length films, drone ballets and rock operas.

Nick appears!

In a Sunday strip from last year, Gumbo chatted up with Katy; it turned out to be the girl’s dream.

Whether it’s true again is immaterial—it’s just great to see Gumbo and Baby Nick again, out of the dresser drawer! And with a whole week devoted to them, too!!

Finally, a story idea,

When do they break into song and dance?

We see so little of nick and gumbo, I forgot about them…

The baby and dog are talking. Only a matter of time before a song and dance happens.

Surely Nick is old enough to burble out a few words by now.

If Nick is right about Adam’s dream…bad week upcoming!

Nothing like a serving of Nick and Gumbo to warm the soul.

Oh good, a story line involving the least used characters, now it just needs to bring in the kid Clayton used to hang out with and a few other unused characters, can’t wait to see where this goes.

Can’t somebody call the Dream Police?

If that’s a table, they are both at least four feet tall too.

That’s alright, been reading this strip for a while, sort of used to weird.
