Hello – I found your profile on-line and would really like to get to know you better. I’m a widowed, wealthy man working as a contractor in another country…
Speaking for myself – I’m sooooo glad to own a computer. How ELSE would I have known how many young, super-model-gorgeous, desperately lonely women have been looking for me PERSONALLY to spend the rest of their lives lavishing me with love, devotion, and carnal pleasure?!? (rolling eyes….)
You know a crazy thing? I actually got that Nigerian (or some equivalent distant place) letter back in the days of paper snail mail! Pre Internet! I forwarded it to our county District Attorney office, I’m sure nothing came of it.
It’s like the old chain letters, where you send a buck or whatever to all the names on the list, remove the last one, add yours to the top, and send it out. People with half a brain would think, “Why send the money? I can just add myself without that.”
