Personally, I thoroughly enjoy cheese. As a teen, I had a small piece of a cheddar that had been aged (reputedly) for 50 years. It was incredibly sharp and crumbly, but tasty. I’ve looked for one on line for that age since, but I can find them up to about 15 years old, but that’s it. I did read about a 20 year old cheese made by Hook’s in Wisconsin that sold for over $200/183E per pound/.5 kg but that was a couple of years ago. I passed on buying any.
