LOL – the new assistant manager of my apartment building has favorite pens (Pilot black gel). When I went to the office recently to sign some paperwork, she searched thru no less than three pen holder cups to find one. (I prefer that kind of pen too, but I don’t live & die by them…just let me sign the freaking papers & get outta there!)

Better not take away her red Swingline stapler.

I retired because of the last option Aunty Acid had. It was retire or leap off the roof of the building. I am here.
