Miss Plainwell was already a faster runner. This means she has done a few literal midnight runs.

Frazz resembles the Statue of Liberty.

Our principal’s daughter ran the Boston Marathon. We had teams of students taking turns running the entire time that she was running. We’d planned to track her progress on the Boston Marathon web site, but as soon as the race started, the site crashed from too much traffic, so we just had to guess when she finished based on her time in another recent marathon.

You would not find me on any kind of a Saturday run, let alone a marathon. I do have a buddy at the gym who has run Boston and New York twenty time each. I don’t understand him.

Don’t they do any cross-country skiing? What about the Birkbeiner?

She is highly motivated. Good on her.

Patriot’s Day – the day nobody tries to cross Rte 135 in Boston’s Metrowest.

Boston is my least favorite. My first was San Fran back in the ‘80s. So cool to tour the city on foot!

Go to Greece and run the REAL Marathon (but only if the Persians are coming).

I’ve never been to Boston for the Patriot’s Day Marathon. However, I have marched in several Concord Patriot’s Day Parades as a fully equipped militiaman.

Miss Plainwell qualified for Boston? I’m impressed.

Running in the Boston Marathon is almost the apogee of some runners career.
