The Eventual Right. I used to see that a lot, but now turn signals don’t seem to exist in a lot of vehicles. Or so you’d think from the absence of any blinking.

I always assume that the drivers don’t know so I use both out stretched arms to show them where I’m going.

If I remember correctly, the “left” signal is left arm straight out; the cyclist above is doing the “right” signal.
