âSacre bleu, what is zis? How on earth could I miss Such a sweet, little succulent crab? Quelle dommage! What a lossHere we go, in the sauce And some flour, I think just a dab Then I stuff you with bread It donât hurt, âcause youâre dead And youâre certainly lucky, you are âCause itâs gonna be hot In my big silver pot Tout Ă lâheure, mon poisson!Au revoir!â
HmmâŠ.Quite a few years ago when I took my fishing too seriously, I actually reeled in a Chuck Taylor that was a little worse for wear. Tossed it aside and continued with my fishing. Yeah, a little while later I reeled in its mate and I was ready to fight thinking that someone in our group has tossed the first shoe back in the water. Good times! Yes, tru story!
Funny with the American pronunciation. Did he catch a boot in a boat? The word boat has the long oh sound of the letter o. But yet the word boot has an ew sound in spite of having two letter ohs, which actually sounds like the ue sound such as in the words flute or suit.
Hermit crabs ARE using our trash for shells. I saw a pic of one wearing the screw end of a smashed light bulb! Looked good, I just hope no one checks if it still works,
This is possibly evidence that B.C. depicts not our past but our future: people recognize a boot but, owing to some world-wide disaster, they lack the means to make even rudimentary footwear.
