That explains about 90 percent of what TV has to offer these days, unfortunately.;-/

The commercials were more entertaining years ago. I remember the man dropping through the air into a Hertz rental car, the white knight for Ajax laundry detergent, where’s the beef, and gotta make the donuts. You have to wonder why people on TV have become more dumbed down than ever before.

Pretty much everything coming out of Hollywood over the last 10+ years.

I find it odd that these shows are rated for “mature” audiences. Most mature people that I know do not act or talk this way.

Everything on TLC? (First established in 1980 as The Learning Channel, it initially focused on educational and instructional programming.) How far it has fallen!

In other words, time for commentary on the news.

While programs in the UK do occasionally use obscene language as exclamations, witty insults are considered better entertainment than simple name-calling. Of course, that requires wit on the part of the writers.

Why is he watching a Trump rally?

Sounds like Fox News to me.

Television has been doing that for the last forty years.
