This is nice.

Two hermetically sealed realms.

Parents learn to ignore a lot.

Sterling may be feral but Wallace is the perfect counterpoint and they both seem to get a lot of joy from each other. Their parents help by not hovering.

The ability to tune out your surroundings is the one thing that separates us from the insane.

Seeing your kids get along together is nice.

I’ve always heard that boys was easier to raise than girls because boys are more demonstrative. Well, in the case of these two I think they’re right.

I’m pretty sure everyone’s brains are mushy and gross.

I was just looking at pictures of Boro’s Whimsey in FaceBook, Len’s strip was called Speechless. People commented that they wanted to see the ladybug so often that the ladybug had to be featured in every strip. Mr. Henry doesn’t have to have seagull in every strip. Eventually Len started a cute storyline just for ladybug. He was a genius.

Dr. Dead Fish and the Seaweed King is either the greatest band name of all time, or the worst SF movie to ever come out of the 1950’s.

Nothing a good hosing down won’t fix.

Seems like Sterling’s vocabulary and communications skills have been improving a bit recently. Perhaps he is evolving into a slightly more social humanoid. I still wouldn’t turn my back on him like the ’rents there, but presumably they knew the job was dangerous when they took it
