Yes, this cartoon is a fine example of cognitive decline of the corporate masters. Without probable cause, there is no jury to convict because there’s no crime. Hur thoroughly discredited himself this week, so this alternated reality falls upon its own decline.

The bit about “poor memory” was an aside to the fact that Hur could find no evidence of INTENT, which is required in situations like this.

Hur also said that Biden had a photographic memory. Biden didn’t get charged because he co-operated and asked the FBI to come in and go through everything he had to find any classified papers. Trump at first refused to give up the papers, then gave up a few and lied to say he gave up the others. He ordered employees to hide some of the papers and then ordered them to erase security tapes showing them doing that. Those things, obstruction of justice, is what got him in trouble.

Hur’s reasons for not charging Biden, ‘well meaning old man with poor memory”, are total BS. The real reason he didn’t bring charges was that he knew any jury which contained Democrats would never find Democrat Biden guilty (Jordan should have put that question to Hur). Still, guilty.

Bottom line is that Biden as Senator or VP had no authority to remove or declassify material = Guilty.
