Nice healthy choice Fred!

Some articles state that apple seeds contain cyanide, but a dog Fred’s size (25 to 35 kg., or 55 to 75 pounds) would have to eat 200 apples before he got sick. He’s only having one apple here, so eat hearty, Fred.

Fred our dog gets part of my Apple and Orange every day :-)

I’ll bet you would have more if it were sausages…….

I remember a Red and Rover strip in which Rover told Red, “I like the vet. I like the staff. What I don’t like is the waiting room.” Red replied, “Is it my fault that you had to queue up with cats last time?”

That saying doesn’t work for me; I’m allergic to apples. The smell alone makes me nauseous & headachy.

Dogs eating apples….what next?

My German Shephard would salivate waiting for a piece of a grapefruit we were peeling and eating.

Some of our past dogs would watch me preparing an apple & drool waiting for a slice or 2.

Dogs eat so many things that cats turn their up noses at.

Be safe and core them first. The seeds are cumulatively toxic.
