To buy a cannon at a garage sale and get my Wife’s reaction on video. A guy can dream…

Nate should have known better, going to the Harlem Globetrotters’ annual rummage sale.

    Good morning, crew!

When we vacationed in Florida several years ago, among the items for sale at one of the many yard sales in our neighbourhood, was a handgun, just laying on the table. One potential customer picked it up and, of course, pulled the trigger. BANG! Fortunately he had it pointed down at the lawn.

During the Civil War, this type of weapon would have been called a “Quacker Cannon”.

I would imaging testing cannon fire from someone’s front lawn would generally be frowned upon.

It’s called consequences and it’s something at least one clueless generation would greatly benefit from a MUCH closer acquaintance with.

Sorry, Nate, but the Captain has a point here. Still, maybe you ought to seek some peaceful payback on the seller of the cannon.

    Happy Friday, Crew.

The oars, and the position of Nate’s hands on them. Endearingly mis-drawn.
