The shuttle’s safety record wasn’t all that good, either.

If the Space Shuttle was owned by Spirit they would fit more than 6 astronauts into it.

I remember in the 80’s Peoples Express where you paid for your flight on the airplane.

Spirit Air had some good prices on flights but a little afraid of what might be added on later.

One of the early astronauts was claimed to have been asked if he was afraid to launch on the rocket. His response supposedly was, “Well, given that this rocket was built by the lowest bidder….”

But we’re on the Moon, so my bags only weigh one sixth of what they usually do. I’m not over.

Back before my former employer became a corporate cesspit, our GM insisted we stop using legacy airlines for company travel and use Spirit because, cheaper. To a man, we said, “you first”. He did and his return flight was cancelled and not rebooked for a week. He came back on United.:)

Orion is a capsule, not a shuttle.

That’s pretty much any airline these days, unfortunately. Maybe except for paying for air.

I flew Spirit ONCE! That was enough. Also, the employees aren’t that nice.
