Same outfits would seem to mean they were binge watching, and for more than a few hours. Just maybe a break between episodes would help maintain their charm.
It must be a trend. Iâve watched some episodic shows that end at a cliffhanger. Just end, no resolution. They leave you wondering what happened next? But there is no next. ??
The other night I watched the first episode of what I could tell was going to be a good series with Ewen McGregorâŠââGentleman in Moscowââ. I watched it on Prime, only to find out I have to join another âpay forâ streaming site in order to watch the rest of it. NopeâŠnot going to do it. The whole series will be free sooner or laterâŠ.I can wait.
I know this cartoon is about a series, but I have found this same trend in recent movies. Like the movie âLeave the World Behindâ, it sets up an interesting story and then just ends. No explanation of anything that happened. I guess I was entertained while I was watching it, but the lack of an ending left me sorry I wasted my time.
The âTwin Peaksâ problem. If they solve the mystery, the show is over. But if they donât solve the mystery, thereâs no point in continuing to watch.
There were several TV series (Friends, BonesâŠ.a few others) where I had not watched the first few seasons. My version of binging was get the opening years on Library DVDâs. In a fairly short period of times I caught on many episodes in a short period of time.

Tune in again next season for another thrilling episode of âAs The Stomach Turnsâ and see if you can guess who the killer is.

I watched the first season of preacher, and it was very entertaining. I tried to watch the second season. It sucked.

Sounds like the program of Lost! What a horrible ending because there was no ending.

If this was Netflix, I hope we can watch all the old ones before it gets pulled from the âlineupâ.

I think the killer was the increase in rates.

They have to wait to watch the next season but when it comes out they have to rewatch the first. I prefer watching when ALL the seasons are out.

(Episode 1)- The hook is set!..(Episode 10)- Conclusion: The realization that you just wasted 10 hours of your life and youâre not sure how or why!

Iâve never watched 8 episodes of anything in one day. If I watch 2 episodes that is binging and I feel a little lazy.

Cancelled before full plot resolution because network executives couldnât figure it out, either.

Short season because of the writers/actors strikes.
