In theory, the endgame with AI is humanity will be its threat. So AI will evolve to recognize that threat to remove humans while keeping the planet and its ecosystem intact so AI will continue to coexist. This also includes having a solve for preventing our Sun to go nova so all without humans will continue to exist.
