    They had baby Emus for sale here, I have the land and its fenced. But I’m too old, I would love to have had 1 or 2

    Everyone is commenting about the birds being emus, but I think they are badly drawn ostriches. One ostrich egg is about the equivalent of half a dozen chicken eggs. Also, the mess in your yard is probably proportional to the bird size.

    A fried egg is nice. A fried duck egg is a meal. A fried goose egg makes a good sink stopper. All I know about emu eggs is that they take 45 minutes to soft boil
