I forget what we paid for our wedding rings 37 y.a., but the sales clerk was my Den Mother. Don’t even recall what we paid to replace my wife’s after she started exercising and lost enough weight for her ring to slip off in an unknown location, as her 2020 anniversary present, but my present was this smartphone.
I gave my wife a bracelet my grandmother wore until the day she died. I thought my wife would appreciate the sentimentality. She had to ruin the moment by asking ‘Why does it say ’DNR’?"

I found the last ring i bought my late Wife. Still had the price tag attached. She never got to wear it. ( ´•̥̥̥o•̥̥̥`)♡(˘̩̩̩̩̩̩ ⌂ ˘̩̩̩̩̩̩)

Pinching every penny and letting her know about it. She’s in for an “interesting” life!

When I proposed to my wife, I told her that there was a curse that came with the ring: ME.

He will be really upset if she happens to lose that ring.

I think I would give that marriage 1 day for each dollar spent.
The price should not matter, but when you are obsessed with the price, then your heart appears to be in the wrong place.

So sorry for your loss. My mom’s been gone 55 yrs (I was 17). I’m wearing her engagement ring now as a way to honor her on Mother’s Day.
