Off to the glue factory it is

Our cat (mostly) tolerates being scratched on her chin and head. She’s addicted to having her ears scratched… on the inside. Which we discovered because while scratching her ear she’d wiggle around until your finger was inside it and then LEAN IN. And she tolerates having her back brushed. All of this, of course, until she’s done. Then you don’t even get a warning, you get bit.

You’d best stick to Roscoe, Earl. He’s probably more predictable than a cat!

Cats have claws Earl!

Cats like Muffin provide a really steep learning curve…

Earl doesn’t like to be “petted” with cat claws on any spots on his body.

Earl should have used the escape claws, er clause.

That cat would be Gone if it scratched me like that. If a dog bit me he’d be gone too!

Cat Scratch Fever!

Our cats put their paws on your arm if they don’t like where you’re scratching/petting. If you don’t stop. . .

THAT Cat MUST GO!!!!!

Because of the unpredictability of pet behaviour, I would never own one unless I knew in advance their temperament, especially cats because they can be so finicky.

If you rub the cat in the wrong spots, they’ll change your name to Claude.

Oops, former colony cat, I can pet just about anywhere. Except his chest. He’ll push my hand down to his tummy and I can rub that. And he does elevator butt!

Not true in my experience.

Poor Earl, he sure has been getting the fuzzy end of the lollipop these last few days.

Trial and error. Find out what does not work and what you are left with is what does work.

Our cat will lay on her back, with her belly up and she doesn’t like her belly touched. I don’t get that.
