Last time I checked, predators ate herbivores, so you’re in the food chain whether you’re vegan or not!

Cows are vegan, and, for the most part, are in the food chain.

Billions of generations of my ancestors (I’m counting the trilobites and prokaryotes) worked and evolved so that I, their descendant, would be able to eat the flesh of fellow animals. I’m not so lacking in filial piety as to throw away their sacrifices.

All those guys in the brush eat native Vegans.

I pride myself on my vegetarian diet, I only eat animals that are vegetarians.

Just as well, I understand Lion & Tiger meat tastes awful.

And, is Chewy, to boot.

You should talk to Sekhmet. She could give you pointers on being an apex predator.

I don’t think that jungle predators have anything against eating vegetarians.

(There’s a wonderful National Lampoon Radio Hour skit, I think called “Vegetable Scream,” that discusses the inhumanity of eating vegetables—except cabbages.)

Never did get one for myself. Now, my body has dictated that most of my protein has to come from animal products not vegetable products. Oh, well, that’s life. I ain’t eating daisies, but I’m not pushin’ ’em up, either!
