Well, I can’t possibly be held responsible…..I am a member of the NOT-VERY SUPREME COURT!!!!! We are either totally shameless or totally shameful…..I can’t decide.

What kind of idiots decided Judges and their ilk cannot be held accountable for taking bribes, being an easily manipulated puppet and failing in their duty to the people?

Sure blame your wife

He can deflect all he wants, but the old saying describes him perfectly: “Home is where the heart is”.

It’s the Warren Court upside down. It contracts rights instead of expanding them.

There is no longer any pretense of impartiality, so whatever legitimacy this court ever had is long gone.

If we take him at his word, he is so clueless that the flag was up there for several days and he never noticed. Maybe he was out exercising his Second Amendment rights at the local women’s health center?

In the end, it’s HIS name on the deed and HE is responsible for what happens as much as his wife.

The prejudiced Republican Supreme Court is trying to turn USA law and values upside-down to support lying criminal Trump and make him into a fascist right wing dictator.

It is pathetic that he is incapable of taking down the flag and correcting the wrong situation. He would not have left it, if he didn’t approve.

I have trouble with this one. On one hand, flying the flag upside down because you don’t like your neighbor’s sign is a major over-reaction. On the other hand, if being stupid was against the law, our criminal justice system would not be able to keep up.

As far as flag etiquette goes, I don’t know if there is a law or if there are strong suggestions. However, it used to be that the flag had to be taken down during inclement weather, and now car lots across the country promote their products 24/7 with flags. And I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to lower the flag when the sun goes down unless it is lighted, and you can be sure that’s violated in every community.

There is a lot to be unhappy with Mr. Alito for. Not sure this qualifies for Top Dog, but any time he gets bad press is good with me.

SC magat judges don’t give a crap what non magats think or believe. The Supreme Court has become the Trump Court Jesters of retribution and authoritarianism.

I’ve taken to referring to it as the Subprime Court.

No wonder anything good is bad.

This is getting hard to follow. conservatives say women should stay home and raise babies unless they are a ‘handmaid, like Barrett, or a ’Karen’ like Thomas and Alito’s wives?

At least 4 Supreme Court Justices should be impeached and removed from the bench.

It goes far beyond the supreme court. eg, Cannon in Florida, appointed by tRump to a position far beyond her capability, now returning the favour by doing everything possible (and beyond) to help him.

The real issue is the judges are ‘supposed to be impartial’ but ‘right’ now it is far from it.
