There are no judicial ethics for the Supremes. The document they created proclaiming their ethics code was a ruse- Others on the Court knew of the Alito flag at the time and did nothing. The fact that Alito and Thomas continue to participate in decisions that they clearly should recuse from puts their partisanship on display for all to see. The Roberts Court is wallowing in its illegitimacy.

Perfect, sir.

The republican controlled Supremes legalized bribery in 1976 and then guaranteed unlimited bribery in 2010. Add in voter suppression and you have a blueprint for dictatorship.

Notice how ethics became an issue when the court started leaning right? When left leaning justices did the same thing there was no howls about ethics.

Sadly, the jokes on us with no likely impeachment in our entrenched dysfunctional politicized system.

The pole with their so-called ethics flag attached should also be upside down, descending into the ground instead of rising to the sky.

Thomas ethics: What?

Alito and Thomas are disgusting.

The 3rd leg of U.S. government, the judiciary, has lost the trust of many in the U.S., with too many judges appointed solely for their political philosophies and SC justices acting unethically.

These people disgust me.

Biden claims he was ‘appointed’ to Naval Academy and wanted to play football, but declined.Wait. I thought Biden had asthma and that was why he got out of the draft. He’s been lying his whole life.

Simple fix , Term limits. 12 yrs. And done ,offset the justices to one or 2 every other year!

What ethics? You have to remember this is the same court that made the Dredd Scott decision way back when. The faces change, but the ethics remain doubtful.

I’m sure glad the Supremes aren’t considering any flag display laws right now. The Dems would go crazy.

There is no doubt that this edition of the Republican party is a danger to democracy and the rule of law. But let’s be honest: these conservatives don’t care; they want power at ANY cost, and under Trump, they will lie, cheat, and steal away our rights. The only thing…THE ONLY THING stopping them is our next national election. It is up to all of us to beat back the disinformation and the lies when we hear them. Don’t be passive when you hear someone say or post the outlandish propaganda from Fox News.

The Supreme Court is just a branch of Trump’s lunacy. America is dying a slow death.

We also need to change the laws so that it is not only the mega rich that are making the rules. Anymore unless you are a billionaire, you can’t be considered a politician. How is that a government by the people and for the people.

Republicans have no ethics.
