Wow. Who would have thought quick building a floating pier in a war zone might lead to an attack or that foul weather could happen. What brilliant Commander-in-Chief dreamed up this knuckle- headed idea? Are they still using the piers from D-Day in WWII. They last forever, right?

What so many denied what’s happening. HAMASS is stealing the food and medical supplies, taking for themselves NOT the people in Gaza. “Oh the IDF is stealing it!!”

The pier did not sink. It is still in use. Four support vessels became unmoored due to rough seas.

TAMPA, Fla. – This morning (Gaza time), four U.S. Army vessels supporting the maritime humanitarian aid mission in Gaza were affected by heavy sea states.

The vessels broke free from their moorings and two vessels are now anchored on the beach near the pier. The third and fourth vessels are beached on the coast of Israel near Ashkelon. Efforts to recover the vessels are under way with assistance from the Israeli Navy.

The IDF is supporting the recovery efforts near the pier. No U.S. personnel will enter Gaza. No injuries have been reported and the pier remains fully functional. We will release additional details as they become available.

One would think the hundreds of billion$ the US pays American arms and missile contractors to fortify Israel and Ukraine against bad guys would be a Republican wet dream. But only if Trump signs the checks apparently.

Hamas first ripped off the emergency relief shipments of food and medicine. Then they returned and stole the metal tubes from the floating pier to make missiles to lob at Israel. Hamas is evil and the Palestinian people are the true hostages.

How dare the US try to provide humanitarian assistance. What kind of a Christian attitude is that?

Twenty three years ago the American Military moved equal to two small cities, one to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. Now we can’t move and build a pear half the distance with some supplies. Think about that all.

So, our conservative friend’s answer to starving people and bad weather is not even to try to help? You have to love the humanity displayed by the current crop of Republicans.
