So what is this even supposed to mean? Did something happen in the EV space that I didn’t hear about?

A new technology is experiencing some bumps as it slowly rolls out. A line that could be written thousands of times throughout history.

The government is trying to manipulate the market instead of relying on industry to respond to the market. The horse and buggy went to the wayside because people saw something better. It’s called central planning and it didn’t work for the USSR either.

In 2023, one in four new cars globally were EVs. Why wouldn’t we want the US to be part of that growth?

Texans are already in panic mode because they’ve been there done that when their grid failed during a blizzard. So now, lets put ALL vehicles, cooking, heating, cooling, communication devices and things I haven’t even thought of without upgrading the grid to match the need. Stupid is as stupid does and this is it.

Payne is a hopeless homophobe. He loves to make fun of Pete.

I wonder if right wing cartoonists get paid better since they all parrot Big Oil’s propaganda.

Here’s the best question of the day (asked by a fellow liberal BTW) – CBS’s Brennan To Buttigieg: How Is It Possible That $7.5 Billion Investment Has Only Produced “7 Or 8” EV Charging Stations So Far?

Here’s a quiz: Do you think EVs (and other alternate energy vehicles) are going away or here to stay?

Buttigieg is a prime example of Democrat cronyism, DIE and wokeism. Pete has been elevated far beyond his level of competence as Secretary of Transportation for which he has no experience. The man was a fvck up as a mayor and he has a history of incompetence. He was appointed for his position solely because he’s gay and has the D by his name. Nothing in his background or education qualifies him for Secretary of Transportation. The fact that he got $7.5 billion to build EV charging stations across the country and only managed to construct seven within three years is telling. Democrats don’t care about, efficiency and good management, their prime motivation is power and position.

The technology was slowly being strangled by slow implementation of bureaucratic standards. The highlight was when they went offline and needed upgrades because 3G cell phone towers were shut down. Recharging stations require about 1/2 MWH each which requires big wires and electrical reserves.

if you’re not recharging with wind or solar power, you’re faking it.
