What is it with you guys? The situation is much worse in the US. It’s still a democracy here. There are so many parties here, and we they Form coalitions with each other. The constellations are much more flexible. it’s much harder to be bullied in the political theater in Europe.

Just about all the editorial cartoons I have seen from Europe use a swastika to define the RW parties. They know what it all means and don’t like it. The French snap election may well function to solidify moderate and left-leaning parties into a functional coalition.

My bet is Alito’s wife will be raising a swastika up the flagpole before long.
