Looks like the mom has a spit-up pad on her shoulder but maybe the kid is an olympic-level chucker.

Spit up stains are the new black. Get enough of them on your clothes and it will look like it is meant to be there. Haut Couture/ Hurl Couture.

It looks to me like she also needs a “coffee stains” section. I don’t drink it myself, but people do spill it on themselves, and it can stain. Smokers burn holes. My mom did both.
