My teacher told me that there is no difference between around 45 SPF and 100 SPF.

When I was stationed in TWI, one of the other officers was a pale English woman. No sunscreen, no sunburn, no tan. Decades later, I ran across a researcher who was studying people like that.

Do they do SPF 100? Might just as well use white emulsion paint.
