That is so true. In summer it is cooler to wear a dress especially if you don’t bother with pantyhose and other such accoutrements.

I think almost all middle ages women wear underpants. Body openings often leak as we get older and you definitely need extra clothing down there.

My late wife never worried about her weight as far as I can recall. She ate what she liked but kept the portions reusable. She always looked “good”, so I never worried over it either.
