More “Lawfare” scheming by the Democrats will backfire. But, like a Looney-Tunes cartoon, they will fail again through their own stupidity, as does Wile E. Coyote over and over again. The voters will clearly see the Democrat’s desperation. Irritated by such childish games, they will cause angered voters of all parties to donate their cash and cast their ballots accordingly for Trump. Beep-beep. “That’s All Folks.”

Dana Summers is just being a hyperpartisan @$$ hole here. Whatever the “evidence” of Marchan’s supposed partisanship, it’s outweighed a thousand times by the long Republican partisan experience of Roberts, Alito, Kavanagh st al.

Sorry. Old news. The sentencing has been moved to Sep 18 or so, with a decision by Sep 6 to see if the verdicts should be set aside.

The sentencing date is now actually Sept 18, 2024. Marchan agreed to give tRump a little breather.

Man those sneaky dems they have a plan, but the totally corrupt right wing Supremist court is in Trump’s pocket. Lawless right wingers are celebrating their coming bully fascism so they can take what is left of your rights away.

The right wing fascists are so happy to be destroying the USA.

The Heritage Foundation, greedy billionaires, and corporations who want to continue to siphon obscene profits from the rest of us, are fighting “tooth and nail” to prevent a second Biden term because Biden has been SUCCESSFUL, not incompetent.

Instead of falling for Trump’s ploys, we should stop fighting against President Biden and fight against the true enemies of the American people – Donald Trump and the rest of his corrupt collaborators trying to gaslight us (like SCOTUS).

Don’t let greed and corruption win!

This is desperation. Trump will not be jailed. This is just another installment of the never ending need to make excuses for Trump. The man’s entire public existence has needed constant rationalizing, excusing, and outright manufacturing if reasons for any trouble he’s even gotten into.

Merchan was asked to consider the impact of the USSC’s immunity decision on the case. I believe it’s about some of the conversations or witness testimony may have occurred when he was president. Merchan delayed sentencing to consider this argument. The fact that he has proves he is following procedure as he did throughout the trial. That’s what good judges do.

Each of those 34 felonies carries a maximum of 4 years each. Each of the contempt charges carries 30 day each. If the sentence were to be the maximum for each count that’s 137 years and 1 month. With time off for good behaviour that would be 90 years if they were to be carried out consecutively or about 3 years if concurrently. Tiny would not last 3 years, so give him the entire length, consecutively. He’ll be getting off easier than a traitor like him deserves.

I don’t get the argument for postponing sentencing. The recent SCOTUS decision applies to official actions committed DURING a presidency. The NY charges are about actions taken BEFORE Mr. Trump was President and so the SCOTUS ruling doesn’t apply.

Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif) would like for Joe Biden, while still President, to send in the military to “take out” conservative Supreme Court justices and be immune from punishment, in light of Monday’s presidential immunity decision.

I suggest the Democrats go ahead with this plan. I’m sure that Susan Rice or Jill Biden would be willing to issue the necessary order.

Do I even have to say “/sarc”? You’re right. I probably do.

Traitor Trump should have been in jail decades ago. The legal system failed the USA in regards to that disgusting human being a long time ago.
