On a “Calvin and Hobbes”, Calvin’s reaction to that comment was to imagine that he had a ginormous bedbug (resembling the beetle from “Metamorphosis”) and filling his room with so much bug spray Dad started choking as he came in. On an old “Baby Blues”, Darryl was reciting that rhyme to baby Zoe, suddenly stopped, and in the last panel he had the crib mattress pulled up. Darryl was armed with a flashlight, fly swatter, and bug spray.

In the news yesterday a plane had to be diverted when a passenger was found to have lice. I bet the seats next to her, behind and in front emptied out quickly.
