Sorry, first mental spark with word is a character from the great TV series In Living Color. Guy in a wheelchair. And like so many things from the relatively recent good ol’ days, it won’t fly in these overly sensitive cultural climate.

I’m not understanding the perspiration in panel two. I think it may be a drill press. But what is Arlo doing which requires so much effort?

During the covid scare my wife did 54 paintings and I made 54 frames out in my shop. It was a strange time.

    Lockdown?

If you let that happen to you, then it’s a you problem.

    I, for one, didn’t.

I was at the Goodwill bins yesterday and saw a deWalt tool case. Some guy beat me to it. Three battery-powered tools, all functional! Lucky stiff!

I bought a DeWalt double bevel miter saw to make planters. Cost me $500.00. Bought it 4 years ago. Still in the box..I bought the planters instead. I could have made them, just too busy with life.

New Project. Upgrade and expand all shop lights to LED tubes. You get tired in the dark and make mistakes when you can’t see what you are doing. The change is more dramatic than one would expect.

When we bought our house around 30 plus years ago one thing he liked was the detached garage to use as his workshop. So first sprint we were in the house we ordered an air conditioner for the garage. The fellow who delivered it and installed it was amazed at the idea "First time I ever installed an air conditioner in a garage.:

It died last spring and we have to get a new one.
