Somebody get a message to Jim to report to GWEEDO’S SLAP SHACK, over at Dick Tracy. That ‘funny’ smelled worse than a restaurant’s grease dumpster. (ask me how I know..) ;-p
The real “Cleo Patrick” (sic) as an illustration in a Sunday School lesson would be a bit of a stretch (although she served well in that capacity in a song by Tracey Dey some years ago). But whatever works……
Why not a Sunday with the Creepy Kids? That one on the left looks way older than 75 year-old Clovia. I get that Jimbo has never been around kids before but why make them look so spine-tingling?
Don’t give these “kids” a thing, Gertie. The throwaway panel makes it obvious that it’s just Mark Hamill and his friends posing as children to con you!
I am not sure that Jim S. should be trying to prove that he CAN draw age by practicing on supposed children rather than the multitude of G.A. elders that all seem to have their own picture of Dorian Grey in their attics. Well maybe these are sketches for an entry in a ’Ugly Child" contest.

Then. of course, they’ll mention that old song about Gladly The Cross-eyed Bear.
